Explainable lead review

Know what is known, what is missing, and why a lead may fit.

Company context comes first; needs, timing, and constraints follow. The resulting note states its evidence and offers a reviewable handoff or meeting suggestion.

UNPOSTED STAYS UNPOSTEDA missing budget is not a zero-fit story. A present budget under the threshold is evidence-present with zero points. Both stay on the blotter until a person decides what to ask next.

01 / BRING THE ENQUIRY

Company context comes first. The note states its evidence.

ProspectVerge helps a B2B seller ask fewer, sharper discovery questions and show exactly why a prospect appears to fit before a human decides the route.

  • 01

A sample enquiry with the company, role, need, budget, and timeline the team already has

  • 02

The fit criteria the team currently uses, reviewed for relevance and fairness

  • 03

Which required fields must be present before a human will even look at a route

02 / SCORE, THEN ROUTE

Put every qualification judgment beside the facts behind it.

Points post only beside a cited source field. The route is a draft for a person, not a send, a booking, or a CRM write.

  1. 01

Drop in the enquiry. Company facts are posted first; needs, timing, and constraints follow.

  2. 02

Each factor is scored only from a supplied field. Missing fields get reason missing and zero points — they are not invented.

  3. 03

A complete enquiry routes by score: 70 or above to sales, 40 or above to nurture, otherwise archive. Incomplete required fields go to ask_followup on the bot queue.

  4. 04

The ledger stays a draft. email_sent, meeting_booked, and crm_written remain false until a person decides the route.

WHAT THE BLOTTER RETURNS

The first real result is a ledger, not a meeting on the calendar.

Line 01

Each configured factor posted as a rule result with points only when evidence is present

Line 02

The source field cited beside the value — employee_count, budget, timeline_days, role

Line 03

missing_evidence as a named list, never filled in as a guessed score

Line 04

next_action_owner for the draft route, with CRM still approval-pending

CONTROLLED EVAL LEDGER

Score 60 posted. Budget stayed unposted. Route stayed nurture.

Controlled eval enquiry L-SYN-7: employee_count 80, budget 8000, timeline_days 60, role influencer. company_size, timeline, and role posted; budget was evidence-present and did not meet the threshold. next_action_owner nurture-queue. This is not a production qualification or a customer story.

A PERSON STILL PRESSES THE SEAL

ProspectVerge drafts the ledger. A person still decides the route.

Qualification notes support a person who remains responsible for routing decisions. Live writes stay blocked until that person acts.

It does not

  • Live CRM, calendar, or inbox integrations
  • Proprietary company data the team did not supply
  • Unbiased or accurate scoring, qualified-lead volume, or conversion outcomes
  • A machine that sends, books, or writes the CRM on its own

Before acting

  • Use only criteria that the team has reviewed for relevance and fairness.
  • Qualification notes support a person who remains responsible for routing decisions.

BEFORE YOU DROP AN ENQUIRY

Questions

Does ProspectVerge write the CRM or email the prospect?

No. The qualification ledger is a draft. crm_draft_status stays approval-pending, and email_sent, meeting_booked, and crm_written stay false until a person acts outside this page.

What happens when a required field is missing?

The missing factor is listed on missing_evidence with its source field. That line is not invented into a fit score. Incomplete required fields route to ask_followup on the bot queue so a person can ask one narrower question.

If a score is high, is the lead qualified?

No. The score only posts points for configured business factors that have evidence. A person remains responsible for the routing decision. The page does not claim unbiased scoring, qualified-lead volume, or conversion outcomes.

What do I get the first time I drop in an enquiry?

A lead qualification ledger with each rule result, cited source field, missing evidence, and next-action owner.

Which criteria can the team use?

Only criteria the team has reviewed for relevance and fairness. Protected traits, precise location, names, language, and other proxies are out of bounds. Qualification notes support a person; they do not replace that person.
